One-Day
Retreat in Delhi
Delhi
chapter of ICPF conducted a one-day retreat at Baptist
Church, Raj Niwas Marg, Delhi-54 on October 2, 2001. A
total of 166 students attended the retreat along with more
than 40 seniors.

Jacob Mathew, ICPF General Secretary spoke from the Word of
God and challenged the students to "dare to be
different". Citing examples from the Old Testament,
he encouraged the students to invite Jesus to repair the
garden of their life which was destroyed by Satan.
Around 100 students responded to the call to accept Jesus as
their Saviour and Lord.
A
symposium on the attitude of students towards their parents
was presented during the afternoon session by Pastor M.K. Babu
and Pastor V.V. Alexander followed by group discussions. Many
students opened up their hearts and share their experiences.
The
presence of God was felt thoughout the retreat. The dedication
ceremony of Angelos-III was conducted after the retreat.
Pastor Vinod David dedicated the vehicle for God's service in
the presence of Bro. Jacob Mathew, Pastor V.V. Alexander,
CGPF members, ICPF & Angelos staff and all the participants
in the retreat. Angelos-III team led the worship sessions. |
