One-Day Retreat in Delhi

Delhi chapter of ICPF conducted  a  one-day retreat at Baptist Church, Raj Niwas Marg,  Delhi-54 on October 2, 2001.  A total of 166 students attended the  retreat along with more than 40 seniors.

Bro. Jacob Mathew, ICPF General Secretary spoke from  the Word of God and challenged the students to "dare  to be different".  Citing examples from the Old  Testament, he encouraged the students to invite Jesus  to repair the garden of their life which was destroyed  by Satan.  Around 100 students responded to the call to accept Jesus  as their Saviour and Lord.

A symposium on the attitude of  students towards their parents was presented during the afternoon session by Pastor  M.K. Babu and Pastor V.V. Alexander followed by group  discussions. Many students opened  up their hearts and share their experiences.

The presence of God was felt thoughout the retreat.  The dedication ceremony of  Angelos-III was conducted after the retreat.  Pastor Vinod David  dedicated the vehicle for God's service in the  presence of Bro. Jacob Mathew, Pastor V.V.  Alexander,  CGPF members, ICPF & Angelos staff and all the  participants in the retreat. Angelos-III team led the worship sessions.
