I don't have too much to say on this actually but I think game shows like, 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' and 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' promote and show Greed. And like I said earlier, sets a false standard for success and is set in terms of amount of wealth amassed.

CARTOONS AND COMICS
This is a special topic, that's why I wrote it in the end. Let me point out a few things. The violence portrayed in cartoons are told to be far more than that shown in films. And it is ingeniously planted by satan because it is viewed by young impressionable minds. For example, Tom and Jerry is said to be one of the most violent cartoons of all times. Furthermore, the cartoons show deceit in a very humorous light and the children think that it is ok to deceive 'for a good purpose'. The effect the super hero or even other cartoons have on the children and teenagers is tremendous. A child leaped from a multi storey building in India after watching the popular series 'Shaktiman' Similar incidents have been reported from watching superman etc. Also, I have related the 'Bevies and Butthead' incident.

Witchcraft and Magic and the occult is shown avidly in many cartoons. For example. He Man and the Masters of the Universe, The Smurfs (The 'bad guy' often does magic chants and draws pentagrams) My little pony (About unicorn and other such 'magic'al things), Dungeons and Dragons (Also a very satanic role playing game which has ruined many teenagers). And in comics like Asterix (The show of Druids and magic potions etc.) and Archies (Sabrina the Teenage Witch) and lots more. ALL THESE ARE SATANIC. Since all these cartoons show magic and witchcraft in light way and hence lead children to experiment with magic and witchcraft as many children are doing now. Even, the Animorphs are occult and SATANIC.

A large percentage of cartoons show dogs and cats etc after death rising out of their death and going to 'heaven'. Also sometimes humans are shown to be doing this. THIS IS SATANIC. And it is exalting against the knowledge and righteousness of God. Because it shows that animals can go to heaven. This is ridiculous and actually blasphemous. And that men can go to heaven without being living for Jesus. You think this is funny reasoning? We CANNOT take all this lightly. Do you think God will take lightly this abomination? It is not a light thing that Jesus Christ came to earth and was crucified for our sins. And so, ALL righteousness and salvation is through Him and ONLY through Him. So, how do you think God will take silly cartoons blasphemously showing men going to heaven without living for Jesus? We as Christians should worry about this. Are we doing things that are abomination before the Lord? Think and repent if you are doing so.

Degraded values and morals are shown in many cartoons. Like for instance, the Simpsons show children who are disobedient to their parents and are disrespectful of authority. Also, a family without any particular morals are shown. Also cartoons like Beavis and Butthead and South Park are explicit and contain several obscene language and themes.

One line about the immensely read comic books, Archie (a household name I am sure). This book portrays lustful relationship between teenagers. It shows scenes of kissing etc. And yes, they are very influential if you already haven't found out. At the risk of repeating myself, yes friends, this is INAPPROPRIATE material for a Christian because we are NOT allowed to be pleased in other's sins. It is the same thing as doing them. Wouldn't you agree?

Yes, a last line about a couple of hugely popular cartoon films. One is the Lion King. The films is loaded with voodoo and shaman rituals. But it is all shown in a humourous and right way which makes it seem ok. But sorry to bring in another bad tiding. Whatever way blackmagic and witchcraft is shown, IT IS SATANIC. And a Christian is NOT supposed to be watching it. Another thing is the dominant theme of the Hindu Principle of Reincarnation. This is exactly what the song 'Circle of Life' is about. About the Hindu principle called the "Wheel of Fortune. It's the circle of life........" And like a fool had often sung along in my days of folly.) Also the movie Aladdin. Yes, it is a pretty funny movie and all. BUT, it has again got witchcraft and magic. With the genie and flying carpet and other such ancient egyptian satanic beliefs. Very interesting how satan has managed to sneak into our living rooms. I don't need to say much about CASPER THE FRIENDLY GHOST. He might seem friendly and all, but remember ghosts etc are still SATANIC WHETHER they are brought to you by Disney, the Warner Bross or the mailman.

Please do note that news programs and educational programs and sports broadcasts are ok but not at the cost of prayer and worship time. (I don't say this as an authority but as recommendation.) But don't think that satan didn't creep in there too. Almost all programs on the discovery channel for instance shows and supports the theory of evolution which is satanic. Its not a coincidence, is it? But I am not talking on this since it is out of my scope. But do use discretion.

So this has been an exhaustively long article. Yes, as is evident I have been at it for sometime as Bob might painfully agree. So, I will not say much more but conclude with the note that we Christians are not supposed to just avoid evil BUT we are TO HATE IT. As Romans says it clearly or rather COMMANDS IT CLEARLY......" ....... ABHOR THAT which is EVIL; CLEAVE TO THAT which is GOOD". Please don't take all what I have said lightly and read it all with due seriousness. Those who truly wish to diligently follow Lord will heed to these words.

Remember, rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft! I spoke all this from experience as I was led away by this stupid contraption for long.
