Education and Marriage Fund is instituted by ICPF in 1992, when a Professor who prefers to be anonymous donated his one month salary to assist helpless students in their education and marriage. Over the years, though this ministry several students were able to pursue and complete their studies and a few girls were able to get married.

As a ministry which is in constant contact with college students, ICPF is able to identify individuals whom help is most needed. We work through individual ICPF units or staff worker.

We prefer to help the needy most silently. No blowing of trumpet, no flashes, no ads. The dignity and honor of the recipients were never exposed.

But God has a record of every penny given to the needy in His name.  The assistance is always given through the local chapter or staff worker.
